At Aggredi, we use working methods based on the social constructionism framework, respecting the customer’s own definition of truth and its modification in interaction with others.
In violence work, you have to familiarize yourself with the activities of different crime types and groups, as well as the attitudes and values of individuals and communities. Violence must be understood in order to reduce it. Instead of the causes of violence, together with the client we consider ways to solve situations without violence.
We take into account the context in which the customer lives. For example, the tensions, obligations and internal norms of the community caused by the hierarchy of organized crime affect breaking away from the criminal culture. Instead, the change of clients who have committed individual abuses is more influenced by personal norms and values and adopted operating methods.
