Booking Kompassi’s premises is also possible free of charge.
At Kompassi, one of our goals is to inspire and support diverse civic activities in Pohjois-Savo. To encourage inclusivity with local population, to bring out creativity and culture-representative activities, we offer our facilities for the use of groups, networks and organizations. Ask Kompassi’s staff (kompassi@puijola.net / 044 078 7282) well in advance about the availability of the premises.

You can book the following spaces from Kompassi:
Air: Conference space for 6-8 people at street level main floor. There is a small monitor/tv to which you can plug to your laptop.
Suitable for small meetings.
Fire: Conference room for fifteen+ people on the floor downstairs. The space can accommodate a maximum of sixteen people. The room contains an oval conference table with electric charger points, a 55” smart tv which can be used as monitor by connecting your laptop. A small kitchenette equipped with a sink, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher is available near this conference room.
Suitable for meetings, seminars or trainings which don’t require physical movement.
Classroom: A maximum of 50 to 60 people fit in the room which is on the street level with separate entrance. The space has plenty of tables and chairs as well as a computer and screen/TV connected with each other. There is also a small kitchen with a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, water point and cleaning closet next to the classroom.
Suitable for seminars, trainings, meetings, events etc.
Hall: A hall-like space with no windows on the ground floor underneath the classroom, fits about ten people. There are also tables and chairs in the space.
Suitable for short period bookings (for ex. 1-2 hrs).
Apart for the space, you can also request for these items from Kompassi:
- Coffee tableware for 30 people
- Thermoses for coffee/tea and glögi
- Marker board or Whiteboards and flap board
- Piano and drums (only in classroom)
- Use of Kompassi’s small café area on the street level equipped with coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven, is an option available with a separate agreement.
