For Employers

We utilize the RATKO and Melba assessment methods, which allow us to evaluate job requirements, employee skills, and adapt the job description based on the employee’s competencies.

Additionally, we offer a linguistic support package, enabling employees to start work with a lower language proficiency. If needed, we also provide orientation for supervisors on matters related to hiring an employee with an immigrant background.

What is Coaching services of Puijola Organization?

In the North Savo region, there is a labor shortage in certain industries, and this shortage is expected to grow further due to increasing retirements in the future. Individuals with an immigrant background possess skills and a strong desire to work, but they may not yet have the language proficiency to perform the same tasks as a native Finnish speaker. Employers often need support in matters related to hiring individuals with an immigrant background, while these individuals need assistance in integrating into the workforce.

Coaching services of Puijola Organization help employers secure the workforce they need and assist job seekers with an immigrant background in finding employment. Coaching services of Puijola Organization is an ESR+ project, with an implementation period from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026.
